User safety

My account was hacked and bets were placed.

If you didn't manage to keep your password in secret, or your email was hacked, it is recommended to immediately change your password to the email that was indicated during registration and a password to your account and contact Customer Support Service.

Important:

The following rules regulate cases when bets are placed or funds are withdrawn on the hacked account:

- At registration, the user (bettor) agrees to provide accurate and not outdated information by filling in a registration form. The user in the future is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and for all acts committed in his account.

- All bets and other operations with account registered on the Bookmaker“s server, are considered to be valid. If password and account number are stolen by third parties, user must imediately change the password. The password can be changed in «Account Management» section.
