If the verification code has not been delivered to your phone number, please try the following:
1. Check the correctness of the phone number registered on your account. After clicking on «Withdraw» button, you will see the message: «Your once-only password for this withdrawal has been sent to : +********.»
You should check the first two and last two digits of your phone number. If numbers are incorrect, please contact Custommer Support Service.
2. If phone number is indicated correctly, try to restart your phone or insert the SIM to another phone.
3. If after restart the code did not come, contact your mobile operator.
4. If there are no any delays on mobile operator“s side, contact Online Chat to re-send the SMS.
If verification code is not delivered twice, you will receive a call from robot. When you receive the call, click on the button with the number named in the audio-message.
